Edward Fahey

CPA / Audit Stockholder

Ed joined RINA in 1982 after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and continued his education by earning a M.S. Finance (Tax) degree from Golden Gate University in 1990.

Ed enjoys serving closely-held businesses where interaction with the entrepreneurial management team can lead to creative problem solving. Ed spent three years serving as V.P. of Finance for a winery where he gained valuable experience in the day-to-day operations of a business, negotiating with lenders and investigated financing and acquisition opportunities. Ed’s practice includes several not-for-profit organizations that serve various needs in our communities. He also is a member of RINA's Not-for-Profit Group.

Ed is the International Committee Representative for MGI North America and a member of the executive committee for Mint Alliance/MGI Worldwide Network, a top 20 international accounting network of independent audit, tax and accounting firms, which brings together the expertise of some 6,000 professionals in over 300 locations around the world.  He is also an active member of an Alliance of CEOs group. 

Ed enjoys traveling with his wife Michelle and two girls as well as attending musical theater and sporting events.
