The Oakland office was established in 1946 by Leo Helzel, an Oakland attorney and CPA, in a small office near 14th and Broadway. The current 475 - 14th Street location is home to twenty staff and is growing.  Brenda Colburn Jemmot serves as head of our Oakland office.

Natalya Fedorova

Tax Manager

Ms. Fedorova’s expertise includes tax planning and tax compliance services to high net-worth individuals, small businesses, and exempt organizations.

Ms. Fedorova advises clients in such areas as tax strategies, income, trust, and estate tax planning and charitable giving. She provides guidance and tax consulting services to fiduciaries and beneficiaries as it pertains to trust and estate administration, the rendering of fiduciary accountings, and preparation of estate, gift, and trust tax returns.

For exempt organizations, Ms. Fedorova regularly advises them on tax efficient strategies and entity planning to help preserve and grow endowments for future generations. She is also highly proficient in international taxation preparation and planning in addition to advising clients on foreign-derived income.

Mr. Fedorova is a graduate of UC Berkeley and holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is originally from Russia and before coming to the States, she spent 5 years with the Russian Police Department gathering and processing data from financial transactions.
