She has over 15 years experience working with closely held businesses and their owners, with an emphasis in retail, franchising, and real estate. Kelly is a member of RINA's Real Estate Group and Co-founder of RINA's SALT (State & Local Tax) Controversy Group. She frequently gives presentations to the Small Business Administration and Women’s Self Employment Initiative regarding business tax issues.
I am an Enrolled Agent myself and as a controller, I find it comforting to cross-consult with Jay and Kelly on tax issues, strategies, and preparation. Jay and Kelly make themselves available even during heavy tax deadline periods and we get things done.
