Tracy is the head of the Firm’s San Francisco office. Tracy joined RINA in 1999 and serves as the Managing Director of RINA’s Not-For-Profit Practice Group. Prior to joining the Firm, Tracy was the CFO of a not-for-profit organization, and the CFO of a personnel firm. She has extensive experience in accounting and auditing and is RINA’s Single Audit and CDE specialist. Tracy serves as Treasurer of the Financial Women of San Francisco, Vice President CoCo Kids, Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Girl Scouts of Northern California and Audit Committee Member for the Diablo Regional Arts Association. Tracy’s experience includes providing audit and tax services to Catholic Charities – CYO San Francisco, California Childcare Resource and Referral, Youth Outside, Project Open Hand, The Arc of San Francisco, The Unity Council, St Vincent De Paul – Marin, and Abode Services.
