RINA is not unlike the clients we work with. We face regular challenges in operations including personnel, cash flow and execution of our strategic initiatives. We know that serving our clients is our lifeblood, but we also know that we need to nurture talent, partner with quality vendors and service providers and continue to stay abreast of a changing business environment. In serving as RINA’s president for the past 13 years, I have been blessed to have been able to navigate many of these challenges and establish great relationships with wonderful people and companies. I am grateful for your help and know that our success is due to the contributions of each of you.

It is now time to pass the reins to new firm leaders. RINA is moving to an executive committee model and has elected Tom Neff, Robin Brotman and Chris DeMay to lead the firm. I am sure you will enjoy getting to know them in their new roles and know that they can count on your support as well.
