It has been over 30 years since the United States has enacted comprehensive tax reform.  Since then, special interest loopholes have increased and our tax code has tripled in size.   Congress is currently working on tax reform to jumpstart the American economy.  Can Congress get a permanent, comprehensive solution that increases economic growth without increasing the deficits? Ray Evans will provide his perspective on how the current tax reform proposals will affect your economic outlook and their chances of becoming law.

Ray Evans has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and is the head of RINA’s tax department.  He specializes in business tax planning and compliance, multi-state taxation, business succession planning, and individual income tax planning and preparation.  

Howard Zangwill, CPA and RINA’s Mananging Director of Audit and Accounting has over 25 years experience providing consulting and accounting services to private companies and their owners. Howard will touch on factors impacting your company’s financial statements and how banks and investors might view them as you look to finance your growth.

Alex Lin is a US economist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Global Markets, US Economics. In this role, he works closely with the team’s macroeconomic models and assists with coverage of the US economic data flow and news. He contributes regularly to the group’s flagship publications, Morning Market Tidbits and the US Economic Weekly.

Robert Lucchese, SVP & Market Executive currently leads and manages a team of client facing banking professionals covering the commercial banking segment in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. The team’s main focus is on credit and lending solutions, but their broader goal is to deliver the full spectrum of financial solutions under the Bank of America Merrill Lynch umbrella (which includes cash management and investment banking solutions at both the corporate and individual level) as they help their clients run and grow their businesses.
