Tim specializes in management consulting, tax compliance and consulting for medium-sized closely held companies, partnerships and fiduciaries. One of his current specialties is helping company’s enhance profits through RINA’s exclusive “Performance Management” service.

Tim heads RINA’s Consulting Services Department, which provides such services as Valuation, Litigation Support, Cost Segregation, and Enterprise Zone Credits to name a few. He also has extensive experience working with companies that have multi-state and foreign operations.

Tim is an avid golfer, board member of the Lindsay Wildlife Museum, adjunct professor for California State University East Bay, and lead guitarist for Prairie, a local country/western band.
