Jay manages RINA’s tax department, and is responsible for the firm’s tax posture, compliance systems and tax training. With more than 25 years experience, Jay currently specializes in providing business owners and partners with practical, profitable exit strategies. As part of this effort, he has developed alliances with other service professionals to provide clients with a comprehensive team approach.

Jay is a year-round avid bicyclist (both road and mountain) and in the summer likes to spend his time water skiing, wake boarding and relaxing at his mountain cabin in Nevada City.
