Howard has over 20 years experience providing consulting and accounting services to not-for-profit organizations, closely-held businesses and their owners in a number of industries. As head of RINA’s Oakland office and in charge of the firm's Audit and Accounting Department, he uses his knowledge to help clients streamline operations, develop and monitor key performance indicators and implement financial management techniques that meet the clients business and financial objectives. His service specialties include Business Valuations, Profit Planning and Enhancement and External CFO Services.

Howard enjoys traveling, bike riding, spending time with family and friends, and serving as an assistant soccer coach.
