Gail Fishley, CPA Tax Manager gfishley@rina.com  Gail has over twenty years experience in both local and “Big Four” public accounting firms. She joined RINA in 2000 and currently heads up the Walnut Creek Tax Department. Experience Gail has extensive experience with a diverse array of business clients that include: start-ups, pharmaceuticals, manufacturers, real estate and professional services. She has experience in managing engagements with multi-state and foreign operations. She specializes in tax compliance and consulting for large, closely held companies and partnerships. Gail enjoys assisting her clients in understanding the complex tax laws in order to minimize their tax consequences and maximize their profits.
