Carolyn joined RINA in December 2001 as a Tax Supervisor and currently serves as a Tax Manager in the San Francisco office. She has over ten years experience in public accounting and enjoys working with high net worth individuals and closely held businesses through accounting and tax planning. Her expertise is providing business valuations and performs these for various purposes such as: gifting, estate planning, buy/sell agreements, and ESOPs.

Carolyn is a member of the Rotary Club of San Francisco Chinatown, where she serves as Secretary. She also enjoys photography and digital scrapbooking.
