Bill Simi, CPA Audit Manager bsimi@rina.com  Bill has extensive experience serving not-for-profit organizations. He has supervisory responsibility for numerous audits including those subject to Yellow Book and A-133 standards. He earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Santa Clara and did post-graduate work in accounting, finance and tax at California State University, Sacramento. He is currently engaged in completing a Masters degree in Taxation at Golden Gate University. Experience: His experience with RINA has included providing accounting, audit, tax and consulting services to a wide range of businesses and not-for-profit organizations. As an active member of the Arts and Business Council of Sacramento for the last eight years, Bill has been an advisor and consultant to various nonprofit arts organizations. He currently serves on the Council’s Board of Directors.
