If your company's 401(k) Plan (or other employee benefit plan) has more than 100 participants, it is very likely that you require an audit to comply with ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act) regulations.

At RINA, we have developed an expertise in performing audits of 401(k) Plans, Defined Benefit Pension Plans, Profit Sharing Plans and Health and Welfare Plans. In addition to an auditor’s report, we also provide recommendations to improve the administration of your plan. We will communicate areas for improvement—or issues related to the exempt status of the plan—through a management letter and assist you in ensuring that your plan remains in compliance.
