RINA accountancy corporation announces a new Chairman
RINA accountancy corporation, a regional accounting and consulting firm, is pleased to announce that James R. Kohles has become Chairman of the Board as of January 1, 2006. Jim joined RINA in 1971 and became a Stockholder in 1982. He has served as President since 1989 and currently heads the Walnut Creek office. Jim advised that he is “looking forward to spending more time with my clients and furthering RINA’s vision and strategic business plan”.

With approximately thirty-five years of experience serving a variety of clients, Jim’s most significant accomplishment is in business consulting. He provides virtual CFO services for his larger and long-time clients. His industry experience includes food manufacturing, distributors and professional service firms. Macro Strategic Planning is his service specialty where the clients’ lifestyle analysis is combined with a personal and multi-generational family plan.
