Our experience in 1031 tax-free exchanges has been gained by the literally thousands of transactions we’ve reported. We have assisted clients who have performed exchanges into tenants in common property, as well as the traditional deferred like-kind exchange. This is but a part of our overall experience with real estate transactions as a niche market.

Tenants in Common to LLC Conversion
We have extensive experience with special basis allocation issues relating to the contribution of assets and cash to a newly formed limited liability company. We can assist you with the proper allocation of basis in the assets and depreciation expense to the members of the limited liability company.
