RINA has a long and extensive history in the food industry—particularly with food processors/manufacturers. In addition, we also serve restaurants of all types, wineries, growers, transporters and, of course, consumers. The food industry is defined by the unique nature of its product. The shelf-life of certain goods demands special handling which, in turn, requires special accounting considerations. The agreements needed to do business with larger warehouse stores and grocery chains can also lead to very unique accounting issues.
