Staff Education Plan

At RINA, we're committed to our clients' success and the success of our staff. We offer an extensive training program to help you acquire the skills and experience you need to advance your career and provide outstanding service to our clients. We even reimburse you for a CPA Review Course when you successfully complete the exam. Our staff development plan covers your first years at RINA and continues throughout your career here to ensure you continue to grow and stay current with changes in our field. For staff who have already passed the exam or who have already earned a masters degree in accounting or tax when beginning their employment at RINA, the development plan will be adjusted accordingly.
