Building Bridges to Success is a 6-year or 6-level process for developing RINA employees. Bridges terminology and imagery will be built around bridges in the Bay Area and Sacramento.
Each level will be built around five lessons, each of which includes insightful readings, group discussions with the employees' peers on key topics of professional development, the opportunity to apply what was learned by setting and achieving related goals, and the added insight and discipline offered by each of the Bridge Group Guides, who will assist and encourage them through the development process.
Each lesson in all six "Bridges" levels is based on a LeaderSkills lesson compiled by the LeaderSkills Institute, a division of Upstream Academy. Reading assignments and lesson requirements are based on the principles provided in those lessons and the assigned reading.
