Careers

At RINA, we’re looking for accountants who want to go beyond a CPA certificate—who display innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. RINA people seek out early client contact, and strive to establish rapport and learn each client’s business. Because client profitability and growth is our goal, we’re committed to developing well-rounded individuals who will eagerly accept any business challenge.

Meeting that challenge demands initiative and the occasional late night. But you won’t be alone—instruction, mentoring, and our years of business experience will be there to help, as well as formal training from within and outside the firm.

Ours is a personal service, yet it is supported by the very latest technology and tools. At RINA, you’ll use those leading-edge tools to work efficiently, solve business problems, and communicate with our clients about the best financial strategies to help them reach their business objectives.

We believe our work together should be celebrated. From ice cream socials to family raft trips, gourmet pizza to after-tax-season Bay Cruises, we revel in a job well done!

If you’d like to experience the satisfaction that comes from making a real difference and would like to be a part of a firm recognized as an All-Star Tax Firm by Inside Public Accounting, voted one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by your peers and listed in the Top 100 Accounting Firms to Work For in the country, RINA is the firm for you. Email Carrie Whisler, our Human Resources Director, at HR@rina.com.
